The plain flour mix is specially blended by The Cake Crusader and is used in all of our cakes and bakes, including our Free From Food Awards winning Carrot Cake. It has been fully analysed by Genon Laboratory in West Yorkshire and has been certified gluten and wheat free.

Our Gluten, Wheat and Dairy Free Victoria Sponge Cake recipe is on the back of the pack. Each pack weighs 500g.

Contains: Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Potato Flour and Tapioca Flour.

There is no minimum order quantity.
