Gluten and wheat free flour mix (Rice, Potato, Tapioca Flours), Butter, eggs, Caster Sugar, Salt, Gluten and Wheat Free Baking Powder, Confectioners Sugar, Vanilla Extract.
Made as an 8″ sponge cake but please let us know if you require any other size.
