Placing your order:

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation via email.

Please read our ingredients pages which are found when you click on the “more information” against each cake to ensure that the cake you are ordering contains ingredients that do not affect any of your food sensitivities or intolerance.

Cancellations:

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds:

We take the utmost care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. If however you are dissatisfied with your purchase, then please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace the item .Refunds can only be provided for items that have been returned to us and that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us (other than for returning faulty or incorrect goods) and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage.
