Order Placement

We take payment at time of order and not time of despatch

You may place your order on-line or by phone (Our business hours are from 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday).

Orders placed by 3.30pm on a working day will be processed that day, orders placed after 3.30pm will be processed on the following working day eg. orders placed on Monday by 3.30pm will be baked and dispatched Wednesday for delivery Thursday.

We accept Paypal for all payments. You may also select to pay with a cheque – we will not be able to process your order until we have received your cheque and it has been cleared, and will hold your order for 5 working days after which it will be deleted if we do not receive payment.

Once you have placed your order on-line you will receive confirmation of the order details via email.

You will also receive confirmation of the delivery date in a separate email – please check the date and let us know as soon as possible if any details require amending.

If you are placing an order which is to be delivered to a different address to your own we recommend that you inform the recipient to expect a delivery so they are available to receive it and also to provide us with a contact phone number for the recipient should there be any difficulties when delivering eg. not being able to find the property.

We shall not be liable to the customer or the customer’s recipient of the goods for any claims or damages which may arise, however caused beyond the original cost of the order.

When placing your order through Paypal please denote any specific additional dietary or other requirements in the box on the checkout screen, such as whether the item is required for a special occasion or for a specific date.If we do not receive any specific instructions we will dispatch the items within 3-days of receipt of your order.

Please remember that all cakes are hand-made and will therefore vary in shape and size.

Ingredients
All the ingredients are found by clicking on “More details” within the “Our Cakes” section. It is the customer’s responsibility to check through all of the ingredients to ensure that the correct cake is chosen for the specific dietary requirement. If you are unsure about any of the ingredients within the cakes please contact us prior to order placement.

Cancellations
All our cakes are made to order therefore once an order has been processed cancellation is not possible.

Refunds
Your cakes will be very carefully packaged so that they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the cakes appear to have been damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Any replacement products, refunds or compensation will be considered, and may be granted at our discretion and only in the event that the cakes are damaged beyond reasonable use.

We will require evidence of any damage, which must be received by us within 7 days of the original delivery. This evidence may be in the form of photographs, or by returning the goods to us and must include the original packaging.
