Rich Fruit Cake – Iced
This cake is gluten, wheat, dairy and egg free but contains nuts.
(these can be excluded if required).
Ingredients
Gluten and Wheat free flour mix (Rice, Potato, Tapioca flour), Butter, Baking Powder, Milk. Dried apricots, dates, prunes, raisins, currants, sultanas. Walnuts, Ground almonds, Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemon, Pear, Brandy.
Regal Ice: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Hydrogenated vegetable oil, Added water, Emulsifier E471, Glycerin, Acidity regulators E260 E262, Stabiliser E413, Colours E413, Flavouring.
The fruit cake is made in an 8 inch tin but if any other size is required please let us know and we will try to accommodate your requirements.
