Perfect just as it is or for a special occasion where it can be iced with marzipan and fondant sugar paste or royal icing this cake is lovely and moist bursting with fruit. The only sugar in this fruit cake is contained within the fruit itself, no additional sugar has been added.
Ingredients
Gluten and Wheat free flour mix (Rice, Potato, Tapioca flour), Butter, Gluten and Wheat Free Baking Powder, Milk. Dried apricots, Dates, Prunes, Raisins, Currants, Sultanas. Walnuts, Ground almonds, Ginger, Cinnamon, Lemons, Pears, Brandy.
The fruit cake is made in an 8 inch tin but if any other size is required please let us know and we will try to accommodate your requirements.
