Our flour consists of Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Potato Flour and Tapioca Flour. It is mixed by The Cake Crusader and has been fully laboratory tested.
We suggest that you use non-Soya containing Dairy Free Spread for your home made “Free-From” cakes. We suggest Free Range Eggs.
The chocolate we suggest is dairy, Soya and nut free but has a statement on which states “May contain Traces of Soya”.
Make your Egg Free Cakes at a completely separate time to cakes containing eggs whilst following a strict cleaning process in order to prevent any cross contamination.
