All “Everyday Cake” orders received by 3.30pm on any standard working day (Monday to Friday), can be dispatched within 3 working days (this may be more during busy times), unless otherwise requested by the customer when placing the order. (Orders cannot be dispatched on Friday due to the fact that they would be sat in the delivery depot all weekend.)

The delivery charge for “Everyday Cakes” is £8.50 with a minimum order value of £30. (excluding delivery but weight is up to 10kg) The more you order, the better value it is.

Party Cake delivery prices start from £14.00 dependent on postcode area (Tuesday to Friday delivery only). Depending on the delicate nature of the party cake it will either be delivered via a next day overnight courier service or a same day hand delivery service.

The cakes will be delivered between 9.00am and 6.00pm, unless by prior agreement between ourselves and the customer.

Please let us know if you require delivery before a specific time as this may be possible.

All orders being sent to business addresses, hospitals or hotels will be left at reception.

If you are placing an order which is to be delivered to a different address to your own we recommend that you inform the recipient to expect a delivery so they are available to receive it and also to provide us with a contact phone number for the recipient should there be any difficulties when delivering eg. not being able to find the property.

All orders require a signature on delivery. However, if you are unable to sign for the delivery, please indicate alternative delivery method (e.g leave in garage, shed or with neighbour) during the checkout process. Please note that we accept no responsibility for delivery if a signature is not provided.

We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number. Delivery will be made to the delivery address given in the checkout process. If the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect we accept no liability for late or failed delivery or damaged products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure name and address details for the recipient are correct.

Deliveries can be made to any part of mainland UK. For other areas please contact us before placing an order ie. if you are in Scottish islands and highlands, Eire, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly.

It is best to have your cake delivered the day before you need it to ensure it arrives on time and please also bear in mind that the everyday cakes only have a short shelf life of 5-days.

All cakes will be boxed in heavy duty boxes for safe transportation.

Please ensure that we have your email address and telephone number upon order placement.

If the cake is being delivered by overnight courier service you will receive an email confirmation of order placement with the tracking reference on so you are able to to track the progress of your delivery. If it is to be hand delivered on a same day service this will also be confirmed.

Please contact us immediately if your cakes do not arrive within the timeframes described above. We will do everything possible to ensure your cakes arrive on time, but cannot accept liability for any late deliveries.
