This cake is gluten and wheat free

This cake is absolutely gorgeous and deliciously moist. To be honest, you would never know that it was Gluten and Wheat free, and the frosting on top is to die for, a very moreish cake.
Ingredients
Gluten and Wheat free flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca Flours), Carrots, Gluten and Wheat Free Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Nutmeg, Bicarbonate of Soda, Vegetable Oil, Light Brown Sugar, Eggs, Golden Syrup, Cream Cheese, Unsalted Butter, Confectioners Sugar, Vanilla Essence.
This cake is made in an 8″ tin but if you require any other size please let us know as we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.
