The Cake Crusader was founded by Liz Allan who discovered back in 2001 that she was wheat intolerant and found it very difficult to transition from a life with wheat to one without. She has since been diagnosed with Gluten Intolerance during 2011.
We have blended our own wheat and gluten wheat free flour mix for cakes which contain only simple ingredients, Rice Flour, Potato Flour and Tapioca Flour.
Our cakes have been made using tried and tested methods numerous times, using our sepcially blended flour mix.
You will be able to make cakes for any occasion, and we bet your guests won’t even know the difference between “Allergy Friendly Cakes” and those which contain allergens!
