This is very tasty, packed full of bananas but even with no added sugar it makes a very satisfying number.

It is made in a loaf tin unless you prefer your banana bread to be made in a square tin but please let us know if you do.

Gluten and Wheat Free Flour Mix (Brown Rice Flour, Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour), Dairy Free Vegetable Spread, Free Range Eggs, Rice Milk, Bicarbonate of Soda, Bananas.
