A very moist cake which caters for dairy and egg intolerances as well as fitting the bill as an excellent vegan cake.

6″ (15cm) Cakes cut into a maximum of 12 (2″ x 1″ / 5cm x 2.5cm) small portions

8″ (20cm) Cakes cut into a maximum of 20 (2″ x 1″ / 5cm x 2.5cm ) small portions

Ingredients

Gluten and Wheat Free Flour Mix (Brown & White Rice, Potato and Tapioca Flour), Bicarbonate of Soda, Gluten and Wheat Free Baking Powder, Caster Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Water, Xanthum Gum, Vanilla Extract, Raspberry Jam, Dairy Free Vegetable Spread, Confectioners Sugar.
