6″ (15cm) Cakes cut into a maximum of 12 (2″ x 1″ / 5cm x 2.5cm) small portions
8″ (20cm) Cakes cut into a maximum of 20 (2″ x 1″ / 5cm x 2.5cm ) small portions

Gluten and Wheat free flour mix (Rice, Potato, Tapioca flour), Dairy Free (Vegetable) Spread, Bicarbonate of Soda, Apple Juice, Dates, Raisins, Sultanas. Ground almonds, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Lemon Zest, Orange Zest, Brandy.
Windsor Cake Craft Sugarpaste: Sugar, Non-hydrogenated Vegetable Shortening, Glucose, Glycerin, Stabiliser E413, Emulsifier E471, Preservative E202, Vanilla Flavour.
