A gluten, wheat, dairy and egg free but also includes no added sugar but contains nuts (these can be excluded if required)
Perfect just as it is or for a special occasion where it can be iced with marzipan and sugar paste or royal icing this cake is lovely and moist bursting with fruit. The only sugar in this fruit cake is contained within the fruit itself, no additional sugar has been added.
All Fruit Cakes are baked in professional 3″ (7.6cm) high tins.
6″ (15cm) Cakes cut into a maximum of 12 (2″ x 1″ / 5cm x 2.5cm) small portions
8″ (20cm) Cakes cut into a maximum of 20 (2″ x 1″ / 5cm x 2.5cm ) small portions
Gluten and Wheat free flour mix (Rice, Potato, Tapioca flour), Dairy Free (Vegetable) Spread, Bicarbonate of Soda, Apple Juice, Dates, Raisins, Sultanas. Ground almonds, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Lemon, Brandy.
(This cake contains no added sugar)
