6″ (15cm) Cakes cut into a maximum of 12 (2″ x 1″ / 5cm x 2.5cm) small portions

8″ (20cm) Cakes cut into a maximum of 20 (2″ x 1″ / 5cm x 2.5cm ) small portions

Ingredients for Gluten, Wheat and Dairy Free Victoria Sponge

Gluten and wheat free flour mix (Brown and White Rice Flour, Potato Flour, Tapioca Flour), Dairy Free Spread, Free Range eggs, Caster Sugar, Salt, Gluten and Wheat Free Baking Powder, Confectioners Sugar, Vanilla Extract.
